I like SONYs ui a lot but coming from a nexus 4 with the Google launcher I had to add it to this phone. Looks great on the z1s btw.

It became laggy, every time I created folders an hour later they'd disappear. The right swipe where the Google now cards were started blending into the other screens.

I'm sticking with the default ui for now,i might check out nova.

Not had a single issue with Nova prime. I have the settings set to match Googles and hide all the bloatware...
