Google Maps for Mobile 5

So I'm reading up on this on Engadget and of course, they mention several phones on VZW/Sprint, The Galaxy S line and the Nexus S (of course) and the G2 on T-Mo. Wondering how long before the MT4G gets it? I'm hoping not long after since the specs appear to be more than capable to handle this upgrade.

Thoughts anyone?
