Google Maps update

Just noticed a new release of Maps in the Market.

It mentions:
"new search result page, swipe to move to next result" and "Switch accounts" as features. Just wondering if anybodys come across anything else.

Latitude widget included too.

4.1.0 is the version.

It also adds a live wallpaper. Bizz caught that feature.

Yeah, that live wallpaper feature isn't available on my Droid running stock 2.0.1 today heh In a few days once I'm at 2.1 I'll see it I'm sure.

Google Maps updated to 4.1 - locks up?

My Droid (running stock 2.0.1) just told me there was an update for Google Maps. I updated, and now Maps just locks up every time I start it. Rebooted, same problem.

Update: just went into "manage apps" and uninstalled the update to get back to v3.2.1. Maps is back to working fine.

After I installed it on my phone, the GPS got screwed up. I'm physically in New Jersey but the GPS thinks I'm in Connecticut. Any ideas/suggestions?

I just found another update to maps in the market, but it was for 4.1.0, which I had already downloaded. Its #4126 though, and I had #4124. I don't see anything very different so far...

ummmm I may be dumb...but I searched the Market for the update and couldn't find it. Tried searching by developer but still couldn't find it
