How or can you save a location?

I would like to save my home address and a few other places so I could just pick them without having to type it in each time.

Under menu, there is a tab call "my places." Star your address or location there.

You can also add the addresses to your contacts and then use voice actions to navigate or get directions to your contact entry.

The best way imo, is to add a shortcut directly to a desktop screen. Just hold down in a blank place, as to add a widget, only choose "shortcut". You will see a shortcut for "directions & navigation". Just choose this and answer the prompts to input the address, etc., and now you will have your home navigation right on your desktop, when you choose it, google nav will open and automatically give you the directions home. You can also choose an icon for this and give it a name, therefore you can add many different destinations, all unique.
