Google Music Can't Stream

This is getting ridiculous. Ever since the KitKat update, I get an error when listening to Google Music in the middle of a song saying it cannot pay the stream requested. I have All Access and absolutely love it, but this interruption is so frequent that it makes me want to look at other services.
It can happen every song, 6 times in one song, or less frequently. Has anyone found a fix?

Have you tried going to Settings>Apps>All, selecting Google Play Music, and tapping Clear Cache and Clear Data? You'll have to log back into Google Play Music when you restart.

Yes, I have tried that and a factory reset that I did for other reasons.
