Google Nexus 6 on Sprint

What is the easiest way to reactive the phone to see if it help any of the issues. Do a factory reset ? Or is there a number you can enter to reactive the phone.

I have outstanding LTE speeds and connection, but places a call or sending texts messages is hit or miss with about a 50/50 ratio of whether they work or not.

Hey did you find a solution to the phone call issue. I have spent all day with Sprint and they are just dumb. Tried to blame it on everything any anything

It has to be a screw up with local Sprint systems. I'm in the Atlanta area and everything is still solid here. Texting and phone are problem free. I have fast LTE everywhere.

The 5.0.1 update due out starting next week will correct the Sprint SMS issue along with a couple of other changes.

I wonder why I'm not having any of the texting problems others are reporting on Sprint. I'm using the new Google Messenger.

Sent from my Sprint Tri-Band Nexus 6.

Does anyone know if you order from Motorola, will your carrier be able to activate your phone.? Sorry if this has been asked all already..

Well i updated my phone and my friend told me that he still got 3 text from me, i sent it from my room though and i don't get very good signal there ive been texting him today and he hasn't said anything so i think hes not getting multiple text. Cant tell if it has been fixed or not.

EDIT: It has not been fixed. Same thing with taking forever to send the text while on LTE. Thats when it usually sends multiple ones.

Yes. Sprint can activate the phone if bought directly from Moto.

I can receive messages if they are mms but not regular text messages. I can't send them either. Thank God for Hangouts.

Ask Sprint CS but you all know how that goes. They know NOTHING! Or they know everything and can't fix it. Grrrr!

That was the issue with mine for the first couple of days. Now it just sends duplicates. It occasionally gets a hung up sending messages. I usually airplane mode the phone for a sec. I believe 5.0.1 will have some modem fixes for the phone. Hopefully that will resolve the issue.

I sure hope so. I am really getting sick of this. I LOVE the phone but no texts is really BAD!
