Not exactly. You can cancel anytime up until it ships and if you miss the window you can refuse delivery and they'll refund the card after receiving it back. Once you've received the device and accepted delivery you have 15 days to return it.

The white 32gb Nexus 6 I was able to order showed a ship date of 11/21/14. Not sure how some are saying 11/26/14 ship date though

Because that's the date we were given? Like another poster said, though... they are probably just place holder dates (fingers crossed).

If the 12th hit and no update on delivery dates I will cancel and buy it from T-Mobile. End of story.

Do do you happen to know how long the pending charge is going to be on my card? I bought the blue, saw the white go up like 30 mins later and bought that one. Canceled the blue. But I have both pending on my card. Which I really don't want them both to go through.

Do do you happen to know how long the pending charge is going to be on my card? I bought the blue, saw the white go up like 30 mins later and bought that one. Canceled the blue. But I have both pending on my card. Which I really don't want them both to go through.

I hope this is true. I had it in my cart 3 times today only to get errors or have it disappear like last week. I gave it a few more refreshes about 5 minutes ago before giving up and snagged a 32GB, but my ship date is 11/26. I'm going to T-Mobile next week and if I get one I'll just cancel the online order, unless they are just place holders and my ship time moves up, which I'm hoping because it would make things so much easier.

I think I got mine right at the time it was available, based on other posts. My ship date is 11/21. It's hard to know for sure, but in the past I have gotten stuff from Google faster than the listed ship date. For all the trouble I've had in the past with ordering from Google, I don't remember them shipping something later than the estimates they give. I guess I'm just hardened to all of it now, and am just glad to get the order in.

I've been trying to hold off on my excitement, but this is the Nexus phone I've been waiting for.

lol I had stopped watching it and actually went back to work... pulled up a web page for work and the 64 GB Blue had pinged like 6 times in 30 minutes but of course way too late to add to cart... they must be pushing very small batches of inventory out here and there.... Weird release cycle...

Just going to wait on T-Mobile.... This is just insane....

It is a bit odd the way they keep incrementally rolling out these "batches" over the last couple hours. On one hand, it seems like it'd make sense to just put all of them out there, and when they're gone for the day, they're gone for the day. On the other hand, I guess it gives people chances to order throughout the day, if they weren't available when they first started going up.

Still, I wonder when they'll stop for the day, if only because I don't want to give up on a 64 blue, but clearly, they're still popping up.

I'd rather they just throw them all out there at once and then update the page to say "All available inventory is sold out.. Check out next Wednesday for additional stock"

None of this guessing game.. I stopped paying attention and the 64 GB pinged several times and I had forgot I was still monitoring it.... up until I stopped monitoring it I had not seen it ping in 1/2 an hour so I just assumed they were done for today....

It's very strange. I've only seen the 32GB model come up since I ordered. The midnight blue is the color I really liked from the beginning, it makes me not want to use a case but I still will.
