Google Nexus 6 Shipping updates thread

I was asking because I don't know or remember.
In theory if Google was the only source to get the devices it wouldn't cause all this mass confusion or anger.. Motorola orders wouldn't be shipping ahead of people who ordered 8 days earlier directly from Google, it gives off the vibe that people are getting screwed because of how the process is playing out....
Technically it's not a Motorola product.. It's a Google product MFG'd by Motorola... Every Nexus device had the MFG logo on it somewhere but usually the "NEXUS" branding stood out more so.... I don't think this was originally intended to be the Nexus 6... I'd say it was probably meant to be the Moto S and at the last minute got switched after the fall out of the rumored end of the Nexus program in favor of that now unconfirmed "Silver" program....

Just finished a chat with google rep and my order will not ship today, it will ship on the 26th I referred him to this am chat had both answers below
Going into this I had no Idea how bad google nexus order was never had a nexus before never paid any attention to it but after today

Thanks for waiting for me, Kermit. Your order was placed on the 5th of November, and on your order receipt, there's an estimate of the shipping timeframe, which is 2-3 weeks.
I've checked our system, and the ship-by date for your order is the 26th.
When your order ships, you'll be charged for the phone, and an email will be generated with the details of the shipment, the tracking number, etc.

Makes you feel any better I got tracking this morning from Motorola but it does not appear it ever made it out of China today..... Probably won't leave until early tomorrow morning (Tuesday night in China) no way I get it by Wednesday unless it did make it out this morning and just never got scanned...

Same here. I still have just a shipping label created, but no pickup from warehouse. This really is amazing and crazy at all the different statuses for this phone. From Google Play orders to Motorola orders and the different dates... it is all over the map. IF I get my phone on Wednesday I will feel guilty as I want everybody who ordered one to get theirs too. The more people who have them, the more we can share information and experiences with each other.

I don't think they made the flight..... Mine shows a 6:38 am label created.... which would be 8:38 pm in China... The FedEx flight left Hong Kong at 10:33 pm for Memphis (no other flights out of Hong Kong) and if you use Google Maps it says it's a 2 1/2 hour drive from the Moto Factory to the Airport and that doesn't include a stop at whatever terminal they might have....... I was hoping FedEx had another flight that left but I don't see one.. Looks like just the one.... and considering it's not 5 am in Hong Kong they are probably going to start back up and get them going again..
The guys who got their phones today if you look at their screen shots of the label created was at like 3 am not 6:30 am and they appear to of made that 10:30 PM flight on time..
Hate to be a bummer but even if they missed a scan that is one tight time frame to make that flight out.....

Saw a shipment listed on the Fed Ex Delivery Manager site and got all excited. Sadly it's only my VZW nano sim coming from Memphis, TN.

Even worse, no changes!
I was able to order on 11/6 but was a little late to the game. My delivery date on the order history page says 11/26. I just keep hoping something pops up sooner than that as Moto shipped the X sooner than they stated.

I'm being all impatient checking Fed Ex every other second like I did with my S5 preorder but the sad thing is, I'm just gonna get tired of the darn thing a month later like I did with my S5.

The GPS is wearing me out. If my order does not ship on the 21st or earlier I think I'm done with this phone. Just get a note 4 or something. I've had enough......
