At this point I'll order the white 64GB if possible, and try to cancel the 32GB already ordered. If I can't cancel it, I'll just hope that availability is still limited when I actually receive it so I can easily flip it for a profit. 
In fact, I might try to flip it even if I haven't been able to order the 64GB, since I'm satisfied using my S4 for awhile.
