Amazon is showing the white 32gb as in stock currently. If you try to place an order with one day shipping it shows a delivery date of Friday Nov 7th.

Saying in stock right now means nothing as it could easily be they are getting hammered rightfully so with people asking why they have not shipped yet so they are telling a lie.
I am still kind of frustrated that none of the android sites have taken then on and starting bring down the bad press. I would expect this type of actions from a small mom and pop shop and I still would not be happy. This is basic 101 stuff here that Amazon screwed up.

So, did you end up getting the 15% off? If so, What did you do with it? Keep us in the loop. I've been considering a Shield Tablet in case there was a major delay.

Yep, As soon as I placed my order for the shield, He followed up with me and processed the 15% refund which was $39.99. So the shield cost me $260 and he gave me overnight shipping for free.

Yeah, that really ticks me off. It's saying their in Stock right now which is odd, because they told me Friday from my original Preorder. Oh well

I ordered the 1st day and mine is still showing as arriving tomorrow, but no tracking number which means it has not made it to the shipping queue.

My estimated delivery (16G Black) has been bumped from Monday next to this Friday.

Was hoping to read the ac review prior to it shipping but that's not to be.
Must say the rest of the reviews I've read are, to be charitable, less than fawning.

The quickie HTC sale also leaves a bit of a sour taste and certainly doesn't bode well for this device holding at release price levels for long.
Meh, I suppose I can just refuse delivery...

Still waiting on my 32gig white one to ship. I switch over to white because honestly the black was so messed up. Plus I am looking at my Nexus 5, it has been in the white case and I kind of like it that way. So I am wanting the white one. Now I just want my nexus 9 to get delivered.

yeah but you and I are in the 32 gig cat. You can sure as hell bet I will be contacting them tomorrow morning if it has not shipped and start demanding some refunds. I say 10-15% off the nexus would be fair for missing the shipment date. They can say oh we can offer you one day all they want, that does not address the fact that they missed and it should automatically be one day shipping plus penalty for being late.

I would but I already have the Droid Turbo,iPhone 6 plus,iPad air 2 and a surface pro 3.I really don't need to get rid of a couple things instead of adding more.Really glad swappa exist.Makes it easy to sell the stuff when I get tired of it and want to try something different.

My 32gig white nexus 9 just shipped. Now of course they have delayed it yet another day and it should get here on thursday. It is pretty clear Amazon screwed up. THey waited until oh after midnight to ship it then bump the day.......
