Hi guys,

Something strange is happening that I just can't explain. I can access and click on links through Google now but only if am connected via Wi-Fi. The minute am using my mobile data connection (LTE speed by the way) I get an error. See the below screen shot.
I still have my S4 and I never encounter this issue. Any ideas?

And you're able to access the web normally on 4G with your browser and other apps?

Yes I can do everything except open the email link from Google now

Go to the App Manager, select Google Search, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then try again.

Yeah I did that already twice. Still the same. Am assuming I must have place a restriction somewhere but can't fathom where. I've checked to see if I made a background restriction for Google now but there's none.

Go to Settings/Data Usage, and make sure you aren't restricting the background data for Google Search.
