Google Now keeps adding maps

Google keeps adding a map to Google Now for every place I search for in Google. Its quite annoying. I do not know how to turn this off and once the maps pop up in Google Now u can't get rid of them. Just because I Google a place doesn't mean I want to go there! Any help? Thanks.

Just swipe the card to the left or right and it should disappear.

just swipe the card left or right to close it. but if you want to disable it.

go to gogle Now settings-->Google Now-->Places-->Card appear when--> uncheck the list
