Google now mic error

Have any of you had it when your setting up the Google now function it never allows me to use the mic and it says to reboot and after a reboot it still doesn't work

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact message telling you to reboot, and when does it appear?

Do you have anything else installed that does something similar, like Moto Voice? I wonder if something like that might be causing a conflict.

Yuup! Me too. Same thing when I try to set up Moto Voice...

However, I can use voice search on Google, and reply to text while driving using the Moto features with no issues.

This exact same problem happened to me today. I've reinstalled the app, rebooted, etc. Has anyone else had this problem and was able to fix it?

Like Moto phones. Dislike Moto Assist crap. Got a new Turbo. YES I KNOW IT'S 15 MINUTES TO WORK!! I'VE BEEN DRIVING THERE FOR 16 YEARS! I mean.... really?
