Google Now tells me what time it is?

Is there a way to get google now to tell me the time when I ask it? So far it had only been googling the phrase what time is it.

I just say "Ok Moto, what time is it?"...and she tells me and puts a card on the screen.

you have to give location permissions to google now , look under google now settings ..

Yes, you have to give it permission to access your location as previously stated, then you can get the time, day, date, etc.
