Google opinion rewards optimize

Does anyone keep google opinion rewards turned off for doze and battery optimization? If so can you tell a difference in the number of surveys you get?

I found that I'm getting more surveys if I have location history turned on. I leave it battery optimized and get a survey ever other day.

I've downloaded the app but it won't open. Constantly continues to load but nothing happens, what gives??
