Google Photos Sorting

Maybe I'm missing something, but does anyone have the option to change how their photos are grouped in the Google photos app on the P4 anymore?

On my 3xl (and my gf's 3xl) we had photos sorted by the month. But now on my 4xl, they only sort by day, which I definitely don't like as much.

That works for Google Photos on my Huawei P30 Pro, too, but not on my Acer Chromebook.
