It appears that the 128GB Pixel XL's are in stock in black but the 64GB phones are not?

This was true last time I checked - I ordered a 128 yesterday because i didn't want to wait a week or so for the 64 GB.

I ordered mine on Oct 12th (Pixel 2, 64gb, black) from google. Received the shipping notification email this morning and it was delivered to my office by 10AM.

I'm still tinkering around with getting it setup the way I want (gotta get work done so not much time to tinker). Until that happens I can't offer any informed impressions. It does seem much snappier than my S7. There's a couple features from the S7 I miss thus far. Mainly the thing I missing thus far is being able to create app folders in the app drawer for organizational purposes. There is a built in file explorer but it's a pain to access so I downloaded an app for that whereas the samsung had a decent file explorer built in. The absence of Samsung and Verizon bloatware is nice.

Setting up my new device. Starting by copying data from my old Pixel XL. It says "14 minutes to transfer" ..

The first thing I checked was the blue tint when viewing at an angle. And yes, it does exist. But it is not a dealbreaker for me. Actually it does not bother me at all. I will wait till the data transfer is complete before I check other "defective" features.

Pixel 2 Xl Black, 64G. ordered from big red on 10/4, since i can get $300 trade for my Moto z Force. Until a few minutes ago it was estimated as a 10/25 ship date.

Still nothing.... My live case was delivered today (on a positive note) and it still isn't showing delivered under my orders on the Google store, so, maybe there is hope that my Pixel order has shipped. Maybe the system is backlogged to some degree.

Same story here, got my case today and order still says ship date of 10-17 for Just Black 128 Pixel 2.

Ordered my black pixel 2 xl from the google store last night. Should be the 24th, pretty excited. They didn't have expedited ship as an option though I also ordered that midnight fabric case. I wanted panda but it's not worth waiting for to me. Especially since I'll rarely see the back of the phone anyway

I originally wanted white, but after looking at my phone sitting face up on the desk I realized I don't see the back and the fronts are all the same -SO- I ordered black which had no waiting. A phone "on its way" is worth 2 on the wait list.

ok just ordered on the 18th from Google, 14 days after my 1st order and has an earlier ship date. This makes no sense. oh well once one ships I will cancel the other.

By the way my phone has gone through processing so they can not add expedited shipping on my order from the 4th...so while I was in hold I ordered a second phone and expedited shipping and it shows it will ship sooner and receive date is earlier...........
