I am being trolled by Google. I just received a follow up call from Google support. They advised me that my device did ship and I might receive it by the end of the day or no later than tomorrow. But status has not changed and I have not received a tracking number. This sucks.

Weird how mine was supposed to ship yesterday, no charge on my card, nothing at all I’m being ghosted ah ha (xl 120gb black). I just called google waiting for my 40 min call back. I’m wondering if it is due to the issues with the screens if they are not shipping them out as fast? Just a thought

Update just checked my account and the card has been charged but no movement from the play store. There goes my conspiracy theory ah ha!!

Lol left hand not talking to the right hand. Hopefully this is true of mine as well. Oct 22 ship date. No movement other than I can no longer cancel it.

I rather it comes UPS however FedEx will do but still my work day almost over and i did get the charge but no changes or no email. I am sooo hoping its on its way and its just not updating yet.

Haven't been able to change or edit order all day. It was supposed to ship today with a delivery date of also today or tomorrow. I've given up hope that it will ship today being so late in the day now. Hopefully tomorrow!

My charge was pending then disappeared. Not sure if that means anything other than google just checking my payment. Ships not for 2 weeks yet.

Go to FedEx.com, click on Advanced Shipment Tracking and then "By Reference". Enter your Play Store order number there and the other info it requests, then search.

This should work if your package is in the FedEx pipeline anywhere. My two 2XL's shipped last Tuesday midday; I didn't receive the emails until nearly midnight for the first one and mid-morning for the second.

PS: Except, it looks like FedEx is in the middle of a site upgrade and tracing is broken?
