If they came out and said "hey sorry, we're having issues keeping stock"?
I'd be okay with that.
It's the constant making **** up, incompetency, and people who ordered weeks after I did getting phones first that makes it a **** poor job on their part.
I've been told three separate times that the phone has shipped only to discover that, no, it didn't. I've had two different people from shipping tell me that it didn't ship because "my name wasn't on the shipping address, but we fixed that now" only to get zero movement.
It seems that as long as everything goes smoothly for an order than you'll get it without issue, but if even the slightest of problems pops up they're at a complete loss as to how to fix it.
