Thanks. I will call them tomorrow afternoons. The Dude I talked to claimed they wouldn't allow that until after the 3 attempts. Lot of crap for me to go through to get there and they say no.

Good luck with this. I hope they'll let you pick it up. FYI, they woudn't let me pick mine up at the depot before delivery but since they have theoretically attempted delivery already that may change things.

Received my Panda from Verizon yesterday, been geeking on it non-stop after upgrading from my beloved Nexus 6. I must have got a good unit because I see no burn, retention, smearing, etc. The colors look great to me, I'm not into that hyper-real cartoon color palette. Yes, there's a bit of a blue tint at an angle, but it doesn't seem to me to be a fault, just how it is and not even close to being a deal breaker.

Delayed order

I ordered my black pixel XL 2 on the 14th, it was supposed to be here today. I wrote Google and they said if I don't get it by tomorrow I will receive compensation. Anyone know what that could be? Case, screen protector, credit?

I recall reading a different post stating that Google awarded $25 Play Store credit for shipping problems.

I pre-ordered mine with no issues. I ordered my wife's a couple days after mine and it was due to ship a day after mine shipped. Then it changed the day of to late November. I just cancelled hers and picked up her XL at a VZ store. My store had tons of black 64 and 128 GB XLs

Got mine today! Overnight shipping to! So happy with it. This device definitely feels ultra premium. Verizon ordered penguin.

I'd do that but I'm not with Verizon. We'll see what happens, but I hope they do better than play credit. I'll update tomorrow.

$25 play store credit is standard, they also refunded my shipping costs, but I paid for expedited.
