Ordered a Google Store Black 2 XL - 128gb on 10/4 - Ship date 10/18 - Est. delivery date is 10/19-20

My Google Pixel 2 XL Just Black ordered on 10/4 as well - ship date 10/17 - estimated delivery date of 10/18-10/19.

I'm all in! 128 GB Black with an expected delivery of 10/25-10/26 (ordered 10/4 around 6PM EST). Just sold my S8+ on Swappa and will be using my old Note 3 in the meantime ... Gonna be a long couple of weeks

Maybe it has ti do with whether or not one got the Verizon option. I ordered about 2 hours after the 10/4 event, Black 64Gb, Verizon SIM, est. ship date Nov 20th

Yea, seems like all of the VZW models are farther out for delivery dates

Definitely. After I learned I could choose the Unlocked version and use it on VZW without issue, I canceled my VZW one, and ordered and unlocked one, ship date was about 2 weeks sooner from the Google store and one with a VZW SIM from the Google Store.

Ok, probably that explains. Mine is unlocked one.
But looking at Verizon site, you may be able to get black & white Verizon in first week of November . Google store seems further out.

I find it odd that some people that order the XL say that they will be getting theirs in October. The said that it would be available mid November when they announced it at the Google event

I just checked the 2 XL, 64GB black unlocked ships 10/30. If that's earlier, I would go for it . At least go through the order process to see what it gives you as a date. If it's no good, don't order, just delete it from your cart at the end. It shows you the ship date prior to you confirming.

Looking at many of this posts on the thread, it seems that if we choose the trade in program, put us way behind the pack. They seems to favor full pay orders than orders with trade in phones. I ordered mine 3 hours after launch, using the trade in program for my immaculate 128 GB Pixel XL, immediately put me on waiting list. Shame.

Just put in an order for an unlocked pixel 2 in black 64gb, says it ships the 18th. Order on Google store.

My panda XL through Best Buy doesn't have a ship date other then they start shipping on the 18th.
