SO cant wait for this to be shipping. Sold my old OnePlus3T and returning my GooglePixel XL. Phone looks nice i am not sure if I am a fan of the squeeze mechanic but excited non the less. Have not ordered yet going to wait a week or two closer to release

When i ordered my 6P i went with the black which wasn't the color featured in all the ads. Then it seemed like the silver, the one in all the ads, was shipping faster. When I ordered this one, i thought maybe the panda is the one google thought was prettier and maybe more popular and would make it easier to get. (And was the one I wanted). Alas.

I guess in my rush to order quickly i didn't pay as close attention and didn't think about the shipping varying so much by color. I thought that ordering before 10:50 pacific was early enough. My nearly thanksgiving date seems so far away.

i guess for me the moral of the story is with the google store do the opposite of what i think i should do.

Another fracked up preorder from Google, short on stock or most popular colors and sizes . Have they not learned anything from their past atrocious launches or anything from One Plus. Ugh

Thats interesting. I just ordered. i.e on 10/8, but shows Nov 27th delivery date. Did u really order on 10/4?

A tip for UK residents: you can order through Carphonewarehouse and they are showing earlier delivery dates than Google for the popular models, and have stock of the panda XL (sold out through the Play Store). The only thing they don't seem to have is the 128GB blue.

Shipping last year for those who ordered on day one was pretty consistent with the date give to those this year...

The biggest issue last year was allot of day one orders somehow got deleted or lost and never fulfilled. Google had the customer re-order and due to the supply problem that pushed their order way out...

I ordered a Google Play Pixel 2 XL Black - 128gb on day one this year (10/4)... It is showing a 10/17 ship and a 10/19-20 delivery.

For the most part, it appeared that most people who ordered got there Pixels on time based on the shipping info they got at ordering time.... Some got it earlier.... I order mine last year on 10/24 with a 11/18 delivery date.... But it arrived on 11/8...

I ordered my Pixel XL last year on launch day, and was given a delivery date of November 23rd to 25th. Happily, I ended up receiving it early. November 8th.

Not sure what time zone you're in, but your unlocked Panda ship date looks consistent w/US orders based on your order time.

Yeah that is how it has been on my finance account w/ them. I believe it will sit as pending until they ship. Once they ship it will shift to an actual charge.

Actually now that I say that ... I see 2 pending charges now for the same amount. One from order day (Oct. 4th) and one today. Either their system did an oops and double charged me (pending charges) or maybe something is happening? Idk. I will see and contact them if it is there tomorrow still .

Just placed a pre-order for a Pixel 2 XL (64 GB, Just Black) moments ago. The order confirmation says delivery is between October 31 - November 2. I can't believe I just spent this much on a phone! :'(

Ordered Pixel 2 kinda blue Verizon from Google store on release date and ship date is Nov 20th. On Verizon website it shows they have stocks with delivery date of Oct 19th. Is the delivery date for real? Is there any different between ordering Verizon Pixel 2 from Google Store vs from Verizon itself?
