really thinking about canceling my best friend ordered his on the 17 and using it as we speak yet mine has not even started processing yet and we ordered the same model. so when I called and ked what was the puepose of a pre order of not to be one of people that get it before others. been on the phone for a hour at the moment and they don't know why

OnTrac had my phone out for delivery at 9:40am yesterday, today it updated to say out for delivery again at 12:28. Google site shows delivered. They do suck.

I will just have to hold out. I am supposed to receive it in 7 days from today. Advantages of waiting? Free Google Home Mini + no activation fee from Verizon. ($30)... oh and it will be Panda 128 GB XL not a black one.

I have two XL 128 Just Blacks being delivered to my office tomorrow via FedEx. When I arrive at work, the first thing I will do is open a window on my PC with the live feed from our delivery entrance security camera - that way I will know when FedEx arrives before he even enters the building.

I get away with this crap because, as the IT Manager, one of my many "domains" is the security camera system.

Finally got it! Unfortunately, I lost most of my day since FedEx made no attempt to let me know it was here. Have been home all day, looking for it, and nothing. My tracking number finally updated at 5 to say it was delivered at 11, left at the front door. After some searching, finally found it, apparently the driver doesn't know a front door from a random side door. Now I've lost most of my time before work. I'll either take it to work and play with it or wait until tomorrow.

I went to a local Best Buy and they only had a P2 XL--I ordered a P2--and nobody knew anything about them. one guy said, we mainly only sell Samsung and Apple. Sounded like the guy I spoke with when I went in to buy my Vizio P-Series display. --He was completely ignorant and oblivious to anything non-Samsung or LG.

But I got Google swag!!

Update on OnCrap. Earlier I called and they said the driver would come back to show where he left it and he would be here around 3pm. Well 3pm has come and gone and I called again and the CSR said let me call the driver. I was on hold for almost an hour. I hung up called again. She is now on the phone with the driver and me and she said the driver actually has the package and asked if I would like to pick it up at the local sorting facility. I said yes. I was put on hold and the CSR comes back on the phone and says the driver said he delivered it. I said then why did you just say he had it. Uh well he actually delivered it and I said well I don't have the package. She asked for my number to call me back while they look into the matter. I already reported them to the BBB and may file a criminal report against OnCrap.

Ditto. Says it's been on the FedEx truck for almost 13 hours now, still no delivery... I have ordered a case, charging cables, and a car charger from Amazon, had it shipped and received it, all in the time my phone has been sitting on that FedEx truck.

Ordered through bestbuy.com and will be here Monday. Already have tracking info.

It's crazy how they dont have the answer kept on hello hit was because the shipping I picked. I was like i didnt have any other options but I don't care how long it take to get shipped. i just want phone to actually be shipped. So now I just have a box full of accessories that can't be used
