Ready to cancel my order...suppose to ship next week (hopefully) but would be nice to try out that that google Home mini for free, but if I can go to Verizon tomorrow and buy it forget it.

It's crazy how they dont have the answer kept on hello hit was because the shipping I picked. I was like i didnt have any other options but I don't care how long it take to get shipped. i just want phone to actually be shipped. So now I just have a box full of accessories that can't be used

Yeah, I spoke with them 3 days in a row. Today I was told it's been processing, but something is holding it up and blamed my billing. They told me to call my bank and get it approved, So I called my bank and they were dumbfounded. They said, Nothing has been charged by them since the hold a week ago. They said it wouldn't be denied and they said its on Googles end.

I called Google back and they said to cancel and reorder.... Well I had the Kinda Blue and that's sold out, So I asked what they can do, They said nothing.

In the end, I actually wanted to switch to the black after seeing the kinda blue in person (feels cheap and looks cheap), So or worked out.

PLUS If I ever need to exchange it for a different model, I can just go to best buy.

Received mine this afternoon , did not have a lot of time with it. Used the cable to transfer, and imported my Nova Launcher backup. Still have to add my wallpaper and sign into all my accounts. After that I can start testing.

Screen is fine for me , if I tilt it I can get the blue tint...Straight on looks good. Now I am coming from an N6 that leaked the RAM out enough to lag. So right away I checked my RAM usage on the XL using all but 1000 or so MB and I am running nothing...So I think I'll start getting rid of apps, till I find the culprits.

The phone feels nice in my hand with the curved edges...Not as wide as the N6 but taller. It is a big honking phone. So of course its buttery compared to my N6 , tho that is not saying much.

Ordered through bestbuy.com and will be here Monday. Already have tracking info.

Mind if I ask when you ordered from Best Buy?

i live South Texas and fed ex had originally said delivered by but last day it really picked up speed and now it's in Hutchins TX... maybe delivery by tomorrow....

When I ordered only the Pixel 2 in just black and clearly white where available to add to cart. Everything else was a Preorder. I ordered the 64GB Pixel 2

My ship date is 10/23, but I fear they will use OnTrac for it...they are never reliable...hope your issue gets resolved...

Update on OnCrap. Earlier I called and they said the driver would come back to show where he left it and he would be here around 3pm. Well 3pm has come and gone and I called again and the CSR said let me call the driver. I was on hold for almost an hour. I hung up called again. She is now on the phone with the driver and me and she said the driver actually has the package and asked if I would like to pick it up at the local sorting facility. I said yes. I was put on hold and the CSR comes back on the phone and says the driver said he delivered it. I said then why did you just say he had it. Uh well he actually delivered it and I said well I don't have the package. She asked for my number to call me back while they look into the matter. I already reported them to the BBB and may file a criminal report against OnCrap.

Wow I forgot how bad Best Buy sucked! I went there last night and it was all NOTE 8's and maybe 8 iphones ah ha!!
I saw probably 15 different notes for all different carriers. I finally asked and the guy was very kind and said their XL battery wouldn't charge and had to return it so only had the Pixel 2 on display, but on accessories, I then asked if they had the V30 to look at to compare screens....nope! I was watching PC.Mag Youtube video last night (which was really good imo) and they hinted the Verizon model comes with the typical bloatware is this true? Thanks!

Any Pandas shipped and delivered yet?

I've seen a bunch of people showing off their Black Pixel 2 XL's (including me) but haven't seen a Panda out in the wild yet. Just wondering if these are shipping yet.

The earliest I have seen for delivery on these is around 10/25. They should start showing up next week.

The synchrony folks told me that the Google Store had refused my original order, which was confusing since I have the card and the account only due to signing up for Google credit. The Google Store folks said that the order was fine, but they couldn't tell me if the order was refused by the bank, AKA Google. They transferred me back to synchrony and I hung up and canceled my October 6 Google order and reordered with them about an hour ago. Not sure if that will cost me my free Mini, but whatever.

I'll get my 2XL Black 128 the day before my original shipping date.
