That would takes weeks to do for product already in the shipping channels. New phones being assembled...yes they can maybe make a change. But not for those that already left the factory.

Yeah, though I don't doubt they're actively trying to figure out a fix. Most of us early adopters will likely have to RMA for an "acceptable display".

How long after the option to cancel or change the order did you guys get a shipping notification. Mine is supposed to ship and be delivered today but the option to change shipping just went away in the past couple hours.

Ugh. Stupid FedEx says it's still "in transit" in PA since Sat. AM. Really hoping it's actually on a truck for delivery and the system just hasn't updated yet. sigh.

I wonder how that works. Mine shows ordered 14th..ship date 22nd which was a Sunday. I thought everything was pretty much closed on Sunday. Shows for delivery 25th to 27th. I am hoping its already on its way and will be here tomorrow or Wednesday. Some posts i have seen got theirs earlier than expected. Just ordered a cheap clear case in the mean time the cases i want dont get released until few days after i receive it.

I got the Google Store hold email at 1:00AM this morning

I also got the hold email. I have had so many back and forth with Google financing in the last few weeks,l that I just changed my payment method and used my credit card. Just got shipping notice.

I will say that after calling to cancel my account this morning they noted and address verification error as the cause for the hick up, might want to look into that.

I agree with that just got my shipping confirmation paid extra for expedited shipping seems strange to. I paid a extra 13.99 I thought it would go air also

Might possibly have to do with shipping restrictions on devices containing LiIon batteries (or loose batteries). Just a thought.
