Google Pixel At a Glance bug keeps removing weather from home screen widget

I have a Google Pixel 5. After couple of hours being in Airplane mode, the weather disappears from the home/lock screens, not that I need it that much but still it should work. Any ways to fix this?

Hi! Hmm, that seems like a bothersome glitch! Is your Pixel 5 updated to the lastest software? The June software update seems to be out for most places now! What about your weather app?

Airplane mode turns off all data I believe, the weather app requires a data connection. Now are you saying that when you turn airplane mode off it doesn't come back?

no, it doesn't. It only comes back if I restart the phone or turn it on (the weather I mean) manually. I mean it has to do with Google app because when I uninstalled the updates and reinstalled them back, the weather appeared right away. But the question is how to make it stay when using Airplane Mode.

I don't think it will stay, as I said, weather app requires a data connection.
