So my phone was supposed to ship yesterday but is still showing "Pending." I contacted Google and eventually learned that my credit card did not approve the transaction, so I contacted Chase. They told me they did approve the transaction, so I contacted Google again. He said since they initially declined or "didn't approve" it, that Google can't resubmit. Wha???? Chase shows that it's pending on their end. Anyway, the guy I talked to at Google asked about my expiration date. I told him what it was, and he said it showed something different on their end. It showed correctly when I looked at my account, but I re-entered it anyway. He said he was going to try to submit, but it might not show up til the end of the day. I talked to Chase again, and was told that the original submission from Google on the 28th still showed as pending, and it did not show a second re-submission. My concern is that I'm planning on returning my 32 gb as soon as I get the 128, but don't want to be without a phone. I thought I had until Jan 22, but the guy today told me the last day to return is the 9th. I'm really frustrated by this. I don't know if it's Google's mistake, Chase's mistake, or mine. I honestly don't think I had the expiration date wrong. I ordered a case and had no problem.
