Does Google use Fedex or UPS or both?
When did you order your phone?Just received tracking for pixel xl black from verizon. I ordered over night shipping as well
I'm in the US and I guess it's shipping FedEx here in the states. Tried putting the order number in and got an error.During last year's release a forum member discovered that you can search FedEx shipping manager by using your order# as the FedEx shipping reference#. Hope it still works that way.

When I went on to preorder mine I was gonna get the xl in 128gb but it said shipping in 6-7 weeks. So I ordered the 32gb and got an estimated delivery date of the 21st-24th.Yeah, I agree with that head scratching. I'm not exactly sure when it went live, but as soon as the press conference was over, I pull my car over and made the order for the same phone, but my ship date is a month sooner. Was the first batch only like 500 phones or something? I think I would be a little pissed if I was you. Seems odd.

Don't feel like the Lone Ranger. Like you, I ordered soon after the phones became available, and I have a date of November 23 - 25. The only difference is that I ordered the XL Very Silver, 128 GB.Still scratching my head over me ordering 2 hrs after they went up for sale, from the Google store, but still given a date of Nov 23 - 25Probably b/c I went with the XL Black 128GB. I hope I do not have to wait till last week of November b/c I am itching to get this phone

Ordered from Verizon a week ago and still processing. When I ordered my Note 7 I had a shipping number almost immediately. Kind of worried right now.
Emailed Google support earlier in the day. They just got back to me with this email.

Well FedEx doesn't have issues in my area and really what purpose does this response have other than to make you sound like a troll? I'm not saying she's 100% accurate I was just sharing a response I got from Google support.Wow, she is very confident. FedEx often has issues in my area because of "fog" at the airport (I can see the runway from my office, and there is almost never fog). It must already be at your house! On the 21st they are going to send you a shipping confirmation stating that it is behind the shrub to the left of your front doorwhere they placed it last week. I would start looking now!
