I think you took my post the wrong way. There was a bit a sarcasm in there. You got the same cheery, nice support that I received and appreciate from the folks over at Google. Her confidence is reassuring that all is going as planned. I'm just in the business that when I rely on other businesses to do their part and have been let down by FedEx on many occasions always because airport issues (probably no fault of FedEx). I was just kind of surprised that she didn't throw an out like "assuming that there is no freight issues".Well FedEx doesn't have issues in my area and really what purpose does this response have other than to make you sound like a troll? I'm not saying she's 100% accurate I was just sharing a response I got from Google support.
