Here is an update on my order - Ordered 10-18-16 from Verizon - Still in Processing. I have contacted support 3 times now, only to receive very vague responses. Yesterday I spoke with a rep that told me orders similar to mine were shipping around 12-20-16, ahead of the 12-26 date that floated around the web. My first order date was 11-11-16, then 11-26-16. I never received the 12-26 date via e-mail or text, to be honest our business didnt receive anything at all. My account just states "Processing", and "Check back for delivery dates". How swell. The biggest problem I have with this is our line is a business line that shares 156 gig. I feel that should have priority, but who the hell am I ? haha.
