I ordered from VZW 10/12, black xl 128, no notification. I am in PA and I noticed that some are shipping from Coatesville, so I wonder if they waited until today to ship because they knew it would only take 1 day. My "ship by" date has also disappeared on the order status page, here's hoping that's a good sign!

No email from either FedEx or Verizon yet, but the VZW site now says shipped and I have a tracking # - coming FedEx overnight from Memphis.

Pre-Ordered my 128 GB Pixel XL in Silver right at the tail end of the announcement on the 4th at 10:25am PST and got the confirmation email saying everything was good.

Seems not many people have had problems with the process. I just can't see this happening with any retailer. Amazon has the red notice above your orders. BestBuy sends emails right away if something goes wrong. I've never used Apple, but I'm sure this garbage would ever happen with their ordering process. Beyond frustrating!

Sorry to hear of your troubles, but I wouldn't blame Google. If you want to be among the first to order and actually receive such an in-demand item, the onus is on you to make sure your bank account has sufficient funds to cover the charge when you order (or use a credit card). Since you've apparently had payment problems before with Amazon and Best Buy, you should have made absolutely sure before you ordered that you had enough money in your account.

No email but just checked and says shipping overnight from Memphis expected by Thursday 20th by 8 pm . Ordered from Verizon on 10/13 free shipping. Also I am in Virginia. Hope info helps also hoping for good news for those of you who ordered 10/4 from Google not to have it asap is messed up!

Completely understand what you're saying...but stuff happens...the bank sees it was fraud or just kicks it back because of a number of different reasons...That's happened to a number of people on this thread and the person could see in their account or were notified. The payment form has plenty of funds available in the payment method. The onus is on the retailer to inform customers of a problem with the payment method, that's how retail works. It should be an automatic system that sends out the info, the order wouldn't even been processed if there isn't enough funds. Google would just kick it back as declined on the order page!

It should have said on my account over the past 14 days if there was a problem so it could be rectified.

Looks like Verizon stuff is starting to move again this morning. Didn't seem like much was happening earlier. Getting closer to my order date of 10/14

My Google store order status says shipped but can't find any tracking info inside the order or didn't get any email with tracking number. I also have UPS my choice and nothing there are as well.

Edit: Just got an email from Google store, order shipped via FedEx ground. Chose free shipping when ordered.

For those who bought it from the Google Store, how long did it stay in Processing before it shipped?

My order just Shipped and is due tomorrow by 8. It went to Processing around 7PM last night, but I'm sure that's not indicative since that time period covers non-business hours.

For everyone else's reference...128GB silver, ordered 10/4 ~30 minutes after announcement, just got my shipping email about 20 minutes ago.
