Google Pixel XL - Preorder /order/shipping thread

Anyone else have their "Estimated Ship Date" disappear on vzw's website where you can check order info?

Calling vzw customer service also now says "your order is pending shipment and will be shipped by 12/09/16" instead of "your order is processing blah blah blah."

Yes, mine had an estimated ship date of 11/18 on the Verizon site and it now only shows the order number with no other info. I have a feeling this may mean they decided not to ship the ones they had, possibly due to the huge issue they are having with reception and dropped calls on Verizon. Could be good news and we are getting a new batch that works better.

I originally ordered a 128gb QB XL on 10/10 through Verizon, but since they kept pushing it back, I decided to cancel and try out the 32gb. After installing all my apps (tons of video stuff and games) along with my music, I had 11gb left. Decided to return it after a week and reorder the 128gb.

During the time I had the 32gb xl, I didn't have dropped calls and actually got better call quality than my Note 7 (still on it now).

I did t have a case on the pixel, but I do on my Note 7. Is the signal issue possibly related to specific Pixel cases?

Is the Google Fi Pixel the same as the one in the Play Store? Can it be used on other carriers and can it be rooted?

It's the same as the play store one. I don't know about the rooting part though. I haven't looked into all that.

My Project Fi order has shipped. Ordered it on the 12th and it should be here on the 15th. 128GB XL Silver. My Google store order...is still on 'Preordered'. My original plan was to wait for my store order so I could switch out phones. I'd rather have the black than the silver. But we'll see. I may just cancel it. FYI-You can order from Fi without actually switching to Fi. They'll send you a sim card but you don't have to activate it. I will on mine though.

Yes, It can be rooted. Same as Google store phone.

I just ordered this morning from Google fi after waiting 3+ weeks on Google store. It went to processing within minutes. I cancelled the google store order. Just wanted to let you all know. Good Luck!!! 128gb silver Pixel XL.

I ordered the XL black 128 on 10-21 and it had and an expected ship date of 11-18. NOW it just says processing.

I am still using my Note 7. I have not downloaded the pending update that caps the battery.

Actually I think that is a good sign. My order from 10/21 for the QB 128g XL is still pending, I'd rather be processing.

Checked my vzw which I haven't cancelled yet and it's showing the same thing for me as well.

I know I wish my status was Processing and not Pending. Although I guess we Pendings are doing better than the PerOrdereds

I tried to order on 10/5, was waitlisted, then finally allowed to order 10/21. I went from pre-ordered to Pending about 11/03. Still Pending.

Yes paid 18.99 for next day air it says November 14- 15 next to processing..

I had the same order and ship date from Verizon but mine was only pushed back to 11/26
