Exactly same dilemma I'm in. I still have a note 7 and my local store has pixel 128 GB in stock but not the xl. I just don't want to get it and wish I had waited for the larger screen.

I hear you, I've been a dedicated iPhone user for about 7 years and this is the first phone that's been able to even have me attempt leaving apple. I have a 6 plus now and I worry about losing the larger screen

FINALLY!
Black XL 128GB ordered from Verizon on 10/15, with an expected ship date of 10/28. Changed to "Check Back Later." CSR told me 12/2. CC just charged one minute ago, app updated to shipped 11/27 with no other details.

For me, the my Verizon app always tells me that order details are not available at this time. But if I click the link in my email it gives me the estimated ship date of 12/26. Anyone else have this issue?

Well, they're certainly not charging my card for the heck of it, so I think it's real this time. As opposed to the 11/17 ship date that randomly showed up at one point.

Take Verizon's updates with a grain of salt,. I cancelled my order last night via automated system on 611 and today the website still says processing and the app still says it was shipped Nov 17 bit no tracking. I'm gonna call them in a minute to make sure mine is cancelled,. I'd be more pissed if a phone from vzw showsup the same day as my fi order
Well I had the same random 11/17 date show up. It figures I ordered the black 128 from the fi store on early Saturday am and Verizon starts shipping on Sunday evening.
Oh well I got an unlocked black 128 GB that's paid off. And no device payment and I will be netting about 500 cash trading my zforce and v10 some where else so I am happy finally getting what I wanted.
It sucks to have gone through so many hoops but I'm just glad the stress from dealing with vzw and their lies is finally going away...
I had the same random 11/17 ship date on the Verizon app, until today when they charged my card and changed it to 11/27.
I purchased a 32 GB Black and 32 GB Silver from Verizon on Friday, November 18th in store. I was quoted 12/20 for a ship date but just got a shipping notification with tracking information.

If you don't mind me asking, what was your original estimated delivery date?
I ordered an XL 128 and 32 from Verizon. They are going to hold the 32 until the 128 gets in. I had to order them on the same order for the Bogo. What a bunch of BS
Nice! Congratulations man. Seems like this journey is quite a feat. Waiting on Black XL 128gb from VZ ordered on 10/28 est ship date is listed as 12/9. Hoping I get added to this group of distributions from VZ
