Google Pixel XL - Preorder /order/shipping thread

I think I am going to die waiting for this phone to show up. 4 days of shipping so far and it comes tomorrow. My Nexus 6 for the past week and a half has gone out of control and is calling people randomly and opening apps and shutting them. Half the screen is now dead and in the end I just want the phone lol.

I check the tracking hoping it will randomly show up early several times a day but it is taking its sweet old time. Never thought it would take a week!

Anyone on Verizon will be in for a longer shipping date. Had a ship date for today, but CR officially said all shipments have been delayed by Google. New ship date of 12/1!!!

utter BS I will be giving Verizon a piece of my mind and ripping them a new a hole. As their rep lied to me and I have it in writing that it would not be delayed because of me trading in my old phone ..

what's next are they gonna screw me on the 300 credit or the free daydream?

My patience is officially shot and I don't know who to be more pissed at Verizon Google or HTC!
 
Yea I'm with you. I also had it in writing that my phone wouldn't be delayed. I also supposedly put on a "priority" list to have it shipped early since I have the Note 7, but it didn't seem to matter. Pissed at Verizon and Google.

Since Google is shipping I guess Verizon folks have to wait for our turn now :(((
Call Verizon and give them hell it is Complete utter BS that they promise one date and then don't give you an update until after after the quote unquote the expected ship date if they knew these units weren't going to be in to ship by today it why did that lead us on and not update the shipping date sooner
 
I just got the email saying that it was delayed an expected ship date is November 26th and I call b******* on that date as well because Verizon does not ship phones on a f****** Saturday..........

Sometimes I wonder how Verizon Wireless stays in business. Customer service is horrible. And to be Frank I'm not really happy right now. I am disgusted about the lies told by your customer service agents. I ordered a Google pixel XL 128 gigabyte in black and was given an estimated ship date of 11/11. Back in October I spoke to one of your representatives via an online chat questioning them would Mine end up being delayed, as I had a couple friends who also ordered the same model as me and had expected ship date of October 28th. The representative assured me via the online chat that my phone shipped it would not be pushed back as I was trading in a device for the $300 credit.What makes it even worse is that you wait till the expected ship date to push back stuff that you know you won't have on that date and frankly that's downright ****ty customer service to make them shut up and go away .
I just got an email now stating that my expected ship date is 11/26, And to be honest with you I don't even believe that date because it's a Saturday and nothing ever ships on a Saturday. Also I sit here now and wonder how is Verizon going to give me the shaft with penetration next, am I going to get screwed out of the free daydream since this shipment is delayed are the clause on the rebate says "while supplies last" or is Verizon gonna screw me on the 300 trade in on the phone because I didn't send it within 30 days of ordering the pixel xl.

I know quite a few people are in the same boat as me, as though they may not sit and write you an email or and let you know that they're not happy but I am their voice. I can't believe that Verizon wants me to spend $850 on a phone just to get crappy service like mentioned above .

This lack of service really starts the question the purchase of this phone. What is Verizon going to do for me and others who are in the same boat as me? Something needs to be done for us for our loyalty to you.

Anyone know the Verizon Location code for South Texas? I want to track my phone that my company purchased.
