Google Play Account issue

Ok, my wife is finally switching to Android and she wants my Note 5 which means I get to open and setup my new 6p tonight. So she has a Google email account and all my music and videos are in my account. How can I set up her phone with her account so it's always backed up and unique to her but also access my Google play accounts?

You can log both accounts into the device, but you can also use Google Play Music Family Plan and Google Photos Shared Albums to accomplish the same thing and not be in violation of Google's TOS.

Guess I should say just access to my purchased music on Google Music, I don't subscribe to Google Play Music. So if I set her up under her email account I can sign in under the Play Store with my account so she can access the movies we purchased for our son?
