Google play down?

Been trying to get an app.. Keeps giving me an Error 500... I uninstalled updates and Its still pulling the same error..any suggestions? Also how can I update my play store back to the current version?

Currently I'm not seeing any issues with Play Store. If it is still happening to you, go into Settings > More > Application manager > All tab > Google Play Store > Clear cache and Clear data... then go back to your home screen and try it again. Google Play will download the most current version on it's own... you just need to get into the Store.

Last night my mom and I were having trouble updating our apps. I'm thinking something has been going on with Play as well. We had to back out of the app and go back to it to complete the updates.
