Google Play error 960

Hello, when I try to download an app in Google play gives me the error 960, Google download the app but when just downloaded I get this error, I've tried to clear data from Google play and Google play services and then reboot the phone , I've already done a hard reset and nothing.
I have ROM 4.1.2
