Google Play Music App

Ever since the update to the new Google Play Music App it is constantly running and using anywhere from 35%-89% CPU. Anyone else having this happen?

mine also runs no matter that i use it or not. Any help in deleting this app???

Google Play Store? That's the new name for Google Market. It should not be running like that. Try clearing cache, then data in MENU > settings > applications > manage applications > downloads > Google play store

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the update and re-install.
