Google Play Music Shuffle Acting up

[Android Central Question]

Hi.

While listening to music on Shuffle in Google Play under "Songs", it will randomly go back like 10 songs if I try to skip one. Why is this happening and how can I make it stop?

Oh sorry.

On my smartphone. Motorolla g6
I'll tap to skip a song and it will think a bit and then go back and replay songs that have already been shuffled. Most of the time it works ok but what I'm experiencing happens around every 20 or so songs.

Might be little glitch , try clearing cache in it.
