Google Play music

I have an old Google Play account that I don't use anymore. Is there a way to get the music from it to my account I do use???

Download the music from the OLD account for offline use, connect your phone to your computer and pull/copy the music files from the phone to your computer, then login to your NEW account and re add the music. Thats the only way I can think of.

*There is a way to merge Google accounts as well, go into Google Account Settings.
