Google play not working

[AC Question]

I cleared data and cache and uninstall updates of google play. I rebooted Mobile and clicked on Google play and their was two option Existing and New Account I clicked on Existing and gaved Email and password but it's not working and If I amke New Account then they say Username is not working but it's working really on Gmail, and they say ask Android administrators

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Accounts-Google>[your Google account], tap Menu, and Remove Account. Then go through the process of adding your Google account back again. See if that helps.
