Google play store emails

Hi

There may be an easy solution to this but I have been trying for ages and not found one so any help would be appreciated.

I use my main email address, is used for everything on my nexus 7. I have another email address which I just have as my recovery email address and that I use for a few other bits and bobs.

For some reason Google play store sends emails to gg@gmcom instead of my main email address. I am signed in to the play store (just like everything else) under my main account dg@...

Is there anyway to change this?

Welcome to Android Central!

On your desktop, log into the Gmail account where you're receiving the emails. Then go to play.google.com, and click on the Settings button (the gear icon) at the upper right. Under Email Preferences, uncheck the boxes.

You can then log out of that Gmail account, then log into your other Gmail account, and check the Email Preferences boxes there if you wish.

Hey. Thanks for the reply.

Both accounts had email preferences set to receive. I don't understand why emails were only coming to one address. I have given your suggestion a go and will hope its fixed the problem.
