Google Play Store gives error code

Bought a used Samsung Galaxy Tablet 10.1 , Set up my Google account and tried to download Adobe with no success. I get the following error: Rpc:s-7:Aec-0 h72z-pnqv-:gib4 when I try to down load or update anything. I have cleared cache, enabled download manager and rebooted

That is an odd error code. I've always seen just number error codes.

BTW, did you reset the tablet when you got it?

Ok, doing some searching, I found part of that error code with phones.
