Google play store problem

I have Pixel 3 and everything is fine until few days ago..I noticed that when I try searching for any application I get message " no result found"...also when I try to looking in Top chart I I get error DF-CHARTA -01. App aplication works ok, a also download and installing of aplication wprks fine. I tried to clean data in Google lay store app, clean data in download manager but without success. On my other phone everything works ok ( there I have other account )

I tried safe mode, but it is not working. Also when I go on Top charts in play store there is a server error DF-CHARTA-01
When I go to play store trough my browser in windows10 I also can not serach....same message " no results find

No, can you explain me how to uninstall play store...is it safe? I did not root my phone

Sure no problem , it is safe to fix a issue.
Long press the play store app >tap info > see 3 dots upper right corner tap it and uninstall update then go back in play store to update it see if that helps

Only thing I can suggest at this time is a factory reset .

Are you having any other problems with Google apps? It might be that the specific server the phone is trying to reach is down.

No I do not have any other problem....But the problem persist for a few days, My opinion is to wait december update ( on monday ) and then make factory reset

One more thing....when I go to Google play store trough my browser on my PC ( windows 10 ) I can not make searching process too

Yeah definitely , if you can wait it out
Just seems something happened that the standard fixes for a glitch are not working .
