Hi

I have a Google Nexus7 tablet. On that I had downloaded an app from the Google playstore site and then paid for each file within the app and no problems. I have just upgraded phones to a Samsung Galaxy S5 and want to copy the app and files within the app to the S5 phone. Someone said this could be done if I used a "restore purchases" tab which should be either on the phone or in playstore but I can not find any tab etc. has anyone any experience of this please ?

Thanks

Bob

Welcome to the forums.
I am not sure what the other party was referring to. The closest I could come up with is there is a tab that show all of your download history. To go there, you open Play, click the menu at the upper left, click my apps, swipe over (or click the tab saying all) and that will show you your history.

Once you click "my apps" you should be able to tap them to download. I have a slate which is where I got comfortable with Droid then picked up my S5. The process was easy breezy.
