I am using the "S planner" app on Samsung S4 Android 5.0.2. Mostly using it to watch public calendars. I was having problems selecting calendars to view. I went in to setting and tried to select/deselect some public calendars I follow under my Google account (e.g. a public holidays calendar). When I ticked this item, it would stay ticked for 2-10 seconds and then revert to previous state (un-ticked).
I suspect at some point I must done the following:
- open Android settings,
- select accounts,
- under my accounts heading select "Google",
- select your email account which has your calendars (it will have sync status mentioned just below it), you are then on a screen titled "sync settings" (for your Google account).
On this screen I had "Sync Calendar" item ticked and it seems to be the causing the issues in S planner.
When I un-tick this item things behave as expected (e.g. you can select calendars you want to show in S planner settings). If "Sync Calendar" un-ticked in Android accounts settings is this the right thing to do ? When should it be ticked?
