I'm new to the forums even though I signed up in March last year. This is my first post asking a question. I searched the forums for this same issue but didn't come up with anything.
My BF has an HTC Evo 4G and when he got 2.3.4 we expected that he'd be able to video chat via Google Talk but it didn't happen. I don't see the video camera icon next to his name like I do with my other friends that have 2.3.4 or higher. So recently he updated to 2.3.5 and he still can't use video chat. Google Talk is updated. I did check that. He's not rooted. Does anyone have any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
