Google unable to refund Nexus 6P

Hi,

I have been having consistent email delay issues with the Nexus 6P and have called Google to request a refund. Has anyone had experiences with Google providing a refund for a defective device? Is there a different support number to speak to a higher-level employee? I have been speaking to specialists and attempting to escalate a claim but have been unable to make any progress.

Not unless you're within the 14-day return period.

Plus, I thought the email delay issue was a bug.

If your out of the 14 day window, your out of luck. The delayed email thing is a gmail issue, it's not the phones fault.
