If you side loaded Google Voice previously, it won't install. You'll have to remove that Google Voice, then install it from the Market.

GrooVe IP still works nicely with it.

Yes you can use voice. You'll need a dialer, since Honeycomb does not offer one. I use "GrooVe IP". You will want a headset, though. Feedback for the person you called, due to lack of echo cancellation, is irritating.
