My evo 4g isnt in service I bought a evo3d anyway I want to use the evo4g as a goovle voice phone at home and when I cal out it tells me my account cannot be verified is there anyway sound this on wifi?

Do a search for Google Voice and PBXes.org with SIP. The guide explains it using SipDroid, but after setup I just put the settings into the call settings on the phone to use the stock dialer. That is the setup I use to make calls when I only have wifi service. However, I haven't figured out incoming calls yet. I would do the search for you but my DSL modem took a dump.
